What puts Real Estate Agents at Risk? -Locations they've never been to -Predator+empty building=opportunity -Agents are most often by themselves -Many clients meet when it's dark -Divorces, etc. can create animosity -Most Agents appear to be "well-off" -Agents have an online presence This safety/situational awareness hybrid class will help prepare Real Estate agents for the dangers that lurk in the shadows of the properties they are showing. You will hopefully leave this class with a keen sense of self and situational awareness that you may not have felt prior to attending. Note: This is not a direct weapons-related course. Please leave any carried handguns holstered for the entirety of the class, and DO NOT bring any additional weapons or ammunition. Thank you. **ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY** Absolutely no unsafe acts will be tolerated. If you commit an unsafe act, you will be asked to leave immediately. You will need to pay to take the class again, should you choose to do so. Note: NO REFUNDS. Once you sign up, if you must cancel your reservation, you may reschedule for a later date at no further cost.
